Our depot repair process is designed to be straightforward and hassle-free. Once we receive your order through our scheduler, a custom-fit box with packing materials will be sent to your facility. Inside, you’ll find clear instructions for decontaminating your instrument along with a prepaid shipping label.

A $500 nonrefundable evaluation fee is charged upfront, which covers shipping to and from our service center as well as a full evaluation of the issue(s). To further your savings, we offer a valuable flat-rate repair option, or you may choose the conventional time-and-materials rate.
